My husband and I had a wonderful two night stay at the beautiful Compston House B&B. John and Meghan the owners are such a lovely hard working young couple who make you so welcome and can't do enough for you. Our room was beautifully furnished, spacious and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was absolutely delicious.We will be back but for a longer stay next time. Can't recommendCompston House B&B in the heart of Ambleside high enough. - Ishbel O'Donnell
