The best little B&B you could wish for. Very central location and a free parking pass. The hosts were very welcoming and so friendly and attentive. Breakfast was perfect and catered for all. We would definitely stay here again. The hosts, John and Megan, make this place what it is and it is perfect. - Graham Mattinson
Compston House is a perfect location in the centre of Ambleside. Very close to shops as well as the park. My room was very comfortable and the breakfast delicious. I felt most welcome and would stay there again.- J
